General Shipping Information
Since there are only two World’s Greatest Hobby on Tour events this season as we rebuild after COVID, shipping will be just to and fromeach facility.
For those of you that participate in Trainfest or the National Train Show, it will be a similar process. Assuming I get back to a three or even four show season, I will create a more comprehensive shipping program to move show materials from venue to venue.
For the 2024 shows, materials should arrive at the facility on the Thursday before the event between 9:00am and 3:00pm. I will unload and delivere your material to your booth. Setup is Friday, and Friday evening, I will remove the empties and store them for you. Sunday after the show has closed, the empties will be returned so you can pack up and I will move everything to the docks.
Arrangements should be made with your shipper to pick up Monday morning between 9:00am and 1:00pm local time.
