Fill out this form and click "submit" to sign up for selling space. Within 10 business days you will receive a confirmation. For applications made within two weeks of a show, you will be contacted by our office within three business days of your application submission.
This is a legally binding agreement and it is understood that each party agrees to be legally bound by it.‍

I reiterate that I agree to hold harmless Trainfest, Giant Shows, Inc., World’s Greatest Hobby Inc. and Great Train Show, its employees, and contractors, for any and all actions that may occur involving the show. I agree to indemnify Trainfest, Giant Shows, Inc., World’s Greatest Hobby Inc. and Great Train Show. for anyliability that may be caused or related to my participation under this contract.
