Important Exhibitor Infomation

Table Payments:
‍If you requested your tables be charged to a credit card, it has been processed or will be soon.
If you guaranteed your tables to a credit card, please pay the show manager by 10:00am Sunday morning via cash or check to avoid late fees.

Reminders:
‍Please pick up your exhibitor badge when you arrive and wear your badge during all setup and show hours.
Please, if you have any questions at the show ask one of the managers. We are here to help you.

Parking:
Exhibitor parking is $20.00 for the run of the event and will have in and out privileges at the Solana gate only. This pass will only be sold onsite at the Solana gate directly from the Fairgrounds

Drive In:
There is no drive in. You will be able to drive up to the building on most sides, so you should get close, but we recommend you bring a cart or hand truck.

Exhibitor Badges: I cannot tell you how many times at a show dealers and layout members come up tome and tell me “I left my badges in the room”, or “They're on the kitchen counter back home”. To eliminate this problem, I do not mail out exhibitor badges. You will receive the badges at the show. They may be picked up at the show office when you arrive.

SalesTax: As of 09/09/2024, the sales tax rate was 8.75%.
